Pangasinan State University–Urdaneta City Campus proudly celebrated a milestone as its newly licensed professional teachers formally took their oath during the Oath-Taking Ceremonies for New Professional Teachers held on July 4, 2026, at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center. The ceremony marked the graduates’ official entry into the teaching profession and highlighted the university’s continuing commitment to producing competent, values-driven educators.
Adding pride to the celebration, PSU–Urdaneta’s five national LEPT topnotchers were recognized for their outstanding achievement in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers: Reyna Mae Fernandez Aquino (Top 7, Elementary), Shaira Sta. Cruz (Top 10, Elementary), Sharmaine Relos Calicdan (Top 5, Secondary), Pristine Virginia Servitor Corpuz (Top 7, Secondary), and Desiree Biado Calpito (Top 9, Secondary). Their success further cements PSU Urdaneta’s reputation as a home of top-performing future educators.
Joining the recognition rites were University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, and University officials. The celebration served as a testament to PSU Urdaneta’s unwavering pursuit of excellence in teacher education.
