Pangasinan State University proudly made its mark at the 3rd GCC International Research Conference on Global Citizenship Education held from July 29 to 31, 2026 at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Our very own Dr. Cristeta C. Dulos, PSU University Director for GCED, brought purpose and direction to the event as she expertly steered parallel policy workshops. Guiding delegates through structured discussions on key GCED priority areas, her leadership helped transform collaborative insights into actionable policy briefs for the Philippines.
Adding to PSU’s strong representation, Ms. Joan Elizabeth Ibay-Pillora, GCED Focal Person for PSU Urdaneta City Campus, served as substitute presenter for the research paper entitled “Perception and Behavior Towards Peace Education among Tertiary Students.”
These impactful engagements were made possible through the steadfast leadership and unwavering advocacy of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas. His strong commitment to fostering internationalization and peace education continues to open global avenues for PSU educators and researchers to shine.
Congratulations to our delegates for championing global education and research excellence!
