On November 23, Jan Rlee De Guzman from Pangasinan State University, and Michael Christophe Agustin from Mariano Marcos State University, were proclaimed as the ๐ ๐ฟ. & ๐ ๐. ๐ฃ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐-๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ.
The said pageant was held at DTNB Convention Hall of Lingayen Campus consisting of 6 pairs of contestants from different state colleges and universities in region 1. The program began with performances from various schools. The candidates then introduced themselves including the schools they represent. Following that, they competed in a swimsuit competition, showing off their best ramp and looks.
Then, the first set of special awards were given:

Male Category: Victor Jose from DMMSU and Dexter Angelo from ISPC

All candidates also showcased their personality and wit in the casual interview. Afterwhich, the candidates dressed in their preferred Filipiniana and Barong attires.

The following segment was the much-anticipated question and answer segment, in which the candidates were given questions from various schools. The winners were then chosen by the judges.
De Guzman from PSU and Agustin from MMSU emerged victorious as the Mr. & Ms. PASUC-1 2022, Victor Jose from DMMSU and Lucky Charm Palting from MMSU as first runner up winners, and Mark James from NLSPC and Cristine Jan from DMMSU as second runner up winners.
