Twenty-two newly elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers of Pangasinan State University-Urdaneta Campus (PSU-UC) pledged to fulfill their duties and obligations as student leaders in the Oath-taking Ceremony for Academic Year 2022-2023 led by Dr. Honorio L. Cascolan, the Campus Executive Director. This was held on October 24 at the new Academic Building. The following names and their respective positions are the said officers: Carl Lewis D. Refuerzo, President Jennilyn B. Awanin, Executive Vice-President Dominique Jason C. Agbulos, Vice-President for Projects and Activities; Shera Mae G. Battad, Vice-President for Students’ Rights and Welfare Patricia Joy Madayag, Vice-President for Communication Sandrea B. Rous, Auditor John Patrick C. Ozarraga and Roma L. Signey, Public Relations Officers Erine Mae J. Ramiscal, House Speaker Winnie Crissel G. Galliguez, Deputy House Speaker Jan Yazzie V. Flores, Majority Floor Leader Erickson T. Bautista, Minority Floor Leader. Aubrey Illana D. Entendencia, BS Architecture Representative Jemwill James R. Jovenal, BS Civil Engineering Representative John Michael L. Agustin, BS Computer Engineering Representative, Edriel Dave G. More, BS Electrical Engineering Representative Joseph Y. Tabangcura, BS Mechanical Engineering Representative Charibhen Hazel G. Balili, AB English Representative Malky L. Linzag, Teacher Education Representative Rygean V. Prado, BS Information Technology; and John Rizaldy V. Mendoza, BS Mathematics Representative. The SSC election was held virtually last October 19, using an online voting system, wherein 51% of PSU-UC students casted their votes. Meanwhile, there will also be an Oath-Taking for the newly-elected student leaders in Lingayen, Pangasinan on October 25, as requested by other PSU campuses.
