On 15 0800H August 2026, MSg Orlando V Bautista (SC) PA, Admin NCO, supervised the conduct of the 10th Blood Donation Activity, a simultaneous RESCOM, PA-wide blood donation activity conducted across all Regional Community Defense Groups (RCDG’s) and Community Defense Centers (CDC’s) in connection with the 43rd RESCOM, PA Founding Anniversary. The activity aimed to support the Philippine Army’s blood donation program. The activity was attended by Five (5) MS-42 and Four (4) MS-32 advance rotc cadets of PSU-Urdaneta at the 1st Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army (1RCDG, RESCOM, PA), Camp Lt Tito B Abat, Manaoag, Pangasinan.
