Recognizing that empowered personnel are essential to institutional excellence, Pangasinan State University (PSU) President Dr. Elbert M. Galas led the turnover of the second batch of documentation equipment to selected University offices and campuses on July 20, 2026, at the Office of the President Conference Room.
The second batch of equipment was awarded to the Office of the President, Public Relations and Information Office (PRIO) Main Campus, Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO), Bayambang Campus, Binmaley Campus Infanta Campus, Lingayen Campus, San Carlos City Campus, and Urdaneta City Campus.
Receiving the equipment were the Office of the President Public Relations and Information Officer, the Main Campus PRIO Director, ICTMO Director, Campus Executive Directors, and Campus PRIO Coordinators.
This latest distribution follows the first batch of documentation equipment previously provided to the University’s three other campuses last June 19, 2025, bringing PSU closer to ensuring that all its campuses and key offices are equipped with the tools necessary to effectively document, communicate, and amplify the University’s programs, initiatives, and accomplishments.
Acknowledging the growing demands placed on communication and information officers, the University President recognized that quality documentation requires not only commitment and creativity but also reliable and up-to-date equipment.
Acting on the requests of personnel, President Galas continues to invest in the people behind PSU’s stories—those who chronicle the University’s milestones, promote transparency, and strengthen public engagement.
