Pangasinan State University–Urdaneta City Campus proudly congratulated its Bachelor of Early Childhood Education student teachers, Ms. Yannie Grace B. Locquiao and Ms. Girlie Jean L. De Guzman, for successfully completing the Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia (SEA-Teacher Project) Batch 11 held at Lampang Rajabhat University, Thailand, from March 2 to 14, 2026. Their participation provided them with valuable international teaching experience, enhanced their pedagogical competencies, and immersed them in diverse educational and cultural practices.
The successful completion of the program reflected PSU Urdaneta’s commitment to developing globally competitive educators through international engagement. Guided by the leadership of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas and with the support of Campus Executive Director Dr. Renato E. Salcedo, CESE, the University continues to strengthen its internationalization efforts by equipping future educators with the knowledge, skills, and global perspective needed to excel in the teaching profession.
