Pangasinan State University–Urdaneta City Campus conducted the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) and Annual Procurement Plan–Common Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) 2027 orientation/workshop, reinforcing its commitment to efficient procurement planning, transparency, and accountable resource management. The activity was spearheaded by the Supply Office under the leadership of Mr. Ernobille Placo, equipping university personnel with essential knowledge to ensure strategic and timely procurement processes.
The initiative was conducted with the full support of Renato E. Salcedo, CESE, Campus Executive Director, emphasizing the University’s commitment to good governance, operational excellence, and effective public service. Through collaborative planning and responsible resource management, PSU-Urdaneta continues to build a stronger foundation for quality education and institutional development.
