Pangasinan State University–Urdaneta City Campus reaffirmed its commitment to quality public service through the successful conduct of the Professional Frontline Service Decorum and Customer Experience Excellence Seminar-Workshop under the L.E.A.P. (Learning Enhancement and Advancement for Personnel) program on June 29, 2026, at the Audio Visual Room, PSU-UCC. The activity commenced with welcome remarks and a project overview delivered by Dr. Zita Corpuz, Human Resource Coordinator, followed by an inspiring message from Dr. Renato E. Salcedo, CESE, Campus Executive Director and Vice President for Local and International Affairs. The initiative was made possible through the support of the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, headed by Ms. Ruby F. Amado.
The seminar featured Dr. Juan Primitivo P. Petrola, Director for Presidential Management and Liaison Services, as the resource speaker for the morning session, where he emphasized professionalism, ethical public service, workplace decorum, and the importance of maintaining safe and inclusive work environments. In the afternoon, participants took part in interactive workshops and role-playing activities that simulated real frontline service scenarios, allowing them to demonstrate effective communication, professionalism, and customer-centered service. Through the L.E.A.P. program, PSU Urdaneta continues to strengthen the competence of its personnel in delivering responsive, efficient, and excellent public service.
