To prepare students for the transition from the classroom to the workplace, Pangasinan State University–Urdaneta City Campus conducted its Pre-OJT/Internship Seminar and Orientation Program on June 8, 2026. The activity provided essential guidance on internship requirements, workplace ethics, professional conduct, and industry expectations, equipping future interns with the knowledge and confidence needed for their upcoming on-the-job training experiences.
The program was spearheaded by Internship Coordinator Ms. Kathleen Jane G. Esteves, whose efforts ensured that students were well-informed and prepared for their internship journey. During the event, Campus Executive Director Dr. Renato E. Salcedo, CESE, delivered an inspiring message virtually, expressing the Campus’ full support for student interns as they embark on gaining real-world experience and developing industry-relevant skills.
Through the collective efforts of the Internship Coordinator, College Deans, Department Chairpersons, Internship Subject Instructors, and partner agencies, the seminar reinforced the Campus’ commitment to producing competent, responsible, and industry-ready graduates prepared to excel in their chosen fields.
