The Provincial Government of Pangasinan headed by Governor Ramon ‘Mon-Mon’ Guico III recognized the latest accomplishment of Pangasinan State University.
Provincial Resolution No. 634-2026 titled ‘Congratulating and commending Pangasinan State University for producing twenty-five topnotchers in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT),’ was unanimously approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice Governor Mark Ronald DG Lambino and authored by SP Member Haidee S. Pacheco.
Additionally, the Local Government Unit of Lingayen led by Municipal Mayor Josefina V. Castaneda, also commended PSU for the same feat through Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 379, S-2026 titled ‘Commending and congratulating Pangasinan State University for producing twenty-five topnotchers in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), including three topnotchers from the PSU Lingayen Campus’
Said Resolution was certified correct by Vice Mayor Jay Mark Kevin Crisostomo as presiding officer.
It can be remembered that in the recent LEPT result, PSU produced 25 topnotchers from seven of its campuses – four (4) from Alaminos, seven (7) from Bayambang, one (1) from Binmaley, three (3) from Lingayen, two (2) from San Carlos, three (3) from Sta. Maria and five (5) from Urdaneta Campus.
