Pangasinan State University continues to strengthen its leadership and international presence as Dr. Renato E. Salcedo, CESE, formally assumes the position of full-fledged Vice President for Local and International Affairs while concurrently serving as Campus Executive Director of PSU Urdaneta City Campus. The designation, issued through Memorandum Order No. 108, Series of 2026, reflects the University’s confidence in his visionary leadership and dedication to advancing PSU’s institutional excellence in the global arena.
With the guidance and strong leadership of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, Dr. Salcedo is set to further lead initiatives that will enhance academic partnerships, international collaborations, and strategic engagements for the University.
