This significant development was made possible through the leadership and initiative of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, in line with his vision of transforming PSU into a leading IT-driven university. His administration continues to prioritize the modernization of academic facilities across the university system to strengthen digital infrastructure and technology-based learning.
