Adnes Jay Estrada, the representative of Pangasinan State University, successfully landed as the overall champion of the Oratorical Contest in the Provincial-wide 33rd Statistics Month on October 12, 2022.
He will be representing Pangasinan in the Regional-wide competition. Further details regarding the date and place will be announced soon.
Estrada is also the current Editorial and Column Editor of The Technoscope Publications.
