Notwithstanding the CoVid-19 outbreak, the programs of College of Engineering and Architecture, BS Civil Engineeringn, BS Computer Engineering, and BS Electrical Engineering will be evaluated for Level II and BS Architecture’s Area 9 will be revisited respectively by the Accrediting Agency of the Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines Inc. (AACCUP)
The accreditors led by Executive Director Dr. Milabel E. Ho were welcomed by the University President, Dr. Dexter Buted. In his short message during the opening program, he acknowledged the Roles of AACCUP in propping educational institutions to have continuous quality service delivery. He also expressed his gratefulness towards the unwavering support and hardwork of every PSUnian.Β On the other hand, due to the looming threat of the pandemic and physical movement is still limited, the accreditors will administer its accreditation with the use of online platform, making them the very first agency to conduct such accreditation through this kind of method.
The said event was organised by the Office of the Vice President for Quality Assurance spearheaded by Dr. Elbert M. Galas, Vice President for Quality Assurance of PSU.
Further, the said accreditation officially started today, October 12 and runs until Friday, October 16, 2020.
