Pangasinan State University, through the Office of the Vice President for Local and International Affairs, proudly congratulates Mr. Mark John T. Mangsat, Faculty Member from the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department of the College of Computing (Urdaneta City Campus), on being a Faculty-Delegate to the upcoming SEAMS School 2026 Workshop on Bifurcation Theory and Perturbation Method for Differential Equations.
Mr. Mangsat will be representing the University at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya in East Java, Indonesia, from July 26 to August 9, 2026. This participation is a testament to his dedication and the University’s commitment to academic excellence and international collaboration.
